Dawn has over 25 years experience in the corporate world, and she understands the stresses of a busy work environment and travel demands. She knows first-hand how challenging it can be to manage the expectations of a successful work-life balance. Dawn has a unique understanding of these challenges and what tools to incorporate to maintain optimal health and balance along the way. Dawn also has over 2000 teaching and training hours in her yoga profession and has made it her mission to help others find more peace and balance both on and off the mat.
